Blackland Prairie Elementary School Mrs. Pelzel’s kindergarten students studied about maps and then created maps of their own cities. Mrs. Rollans worked with them to use coding mice to navigate through their cities. It was great listening to them problem solve as they realized some of their roads didn’t go through to the right buildings. One group even tried to create a ramp to their mouse could get to their second story parking garage! We loved watching the problem solving going on.
